Terms and Conditions
Review Turkey Travel Bazaar's Terms and Conditions for clear policies on tours, transfers, flights, cancellations, and travel protection.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Turkey Travel Bazaar, a leading travel agency providing tours, transfers, accommodations, and comprehensive travel services throughout Turkey. By making a booking with us, you (“the customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through Turkey Travel Bazaar. Any deposit paid for a tour or transfer service organized by Turkey Travel Bazaar constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Turkey Travel Bazaar is the direct organizer of all tours and ground transfers included in your booking. While certain services such as hotel accommodations and flight tickets may be sourced from third-party suppliers, we retain full responsibility for the planning and operation of tours and transfers. In the unlikely event that a supplier is unable to provide a contracted service (e.g., hotel stay or flight), Turkey Travel Bazaar will offer a suitable alternative solution. However, if the issue arises due to customer error (such as missed flights or delayed arrivals), Turkey Travel Bazaar cannot be held responsible.
For any issues related to flight tickets, please note that the resolution must be handled directly with the airline. Nevertheless, we are happy to assist and provide guidance where possible.
All customers making a booking must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to do so on behalf of any accompanying travelers.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:
- Customer: Any individual or group making a booking through Turkey Travel Bazaar.
- Tour: Any package of services, including transportation, accommodations, and excursions, organized and operated by Turkey Travel Bazaar.
- Tour Commencement: The official start date of the booked service, typically marked by an airport transfer or the first scheduled activity.
- Suppliers: Third-party providers such as airlines and hotels from whom Turkey Travel Bazaar may obtain flight tickets and accommodations as part of your booking. All tours and transfers are organized and managed directly by Turkey Travel Bazaar.
3. The Contract
A contractual agreement is established between Turkey Travel Bazaar and the customer upon receipt of a deposit or full payment for a booking. While certain components such as hotel accommodations and flight tickets may be provided by third-party suppliers, Turkey Travel Bazaar is the direct organizer of all tours and ground transfers. In such cases, the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers may also apply. Turkey Travel Bazaar is not responsible for service failures directly caused by third-party suppliers; however, we will make every reasonable effort to assist the customer and offer suitable alternatives when possible.
4. Agency Role & Liability
Turkey Travel Bazaar operates as the direct organizer of all tours and ground transfers offered through our platform. While certain travel components, such as hotel accommodations and flight tickets, may be arranged via third-party suppliers, these services are carefully selected to complement the travel experience we provide.
Although we strive to represent these services accurately and support our customers throughout their journey, Turkey Travel Bazaar cannot guarantee the performance of services delivered by third-party providers such as airlines or hotels.
If a supplier fails to deliver a contracted service (e.g., a flight or hotel reservation), Turkey Travel Bazaar will:
✔ Attempt to resolve the issue with the supplier on behalf of the customer.
✔ Offer an alternative arrangement when possible.
✔ Assist the customer in communicating with the relevant provider for resolution.
However, Turkey Travel Bazaar is not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by third-party service providers, including errors, changes, or cancellations beyond our control.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices quoted are based on information provided by suppliers. Prices may be subject to change before final payment.
- A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost (or a different percentage depending on the tour) is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be completed before tour commencement. If payments are incomplete, Turkey Travel Bazaar reserves the right to cancel services such as transfers, day tours, and activities until the balance is settled.
Accepted Payment Methods
✅ Visa & Mastercard
✅ Western Union
✅ International Bank Transfers
🚫 We do not accept Amex or Diners Club cards.
Note: Any international bank transfer fees or intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Cancellations & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days prior to the scheduled tour start date:
Days Before Departure | % of Total Tour Cost Charged |
---|---|
61 – 90 Days | 30% |
31 – 60 Days | 40% |
16 – 30 Days | 70% |
0 – 15 Days (including No Show) | 100% |
For cancellations not falling within the timeframes listed above, a minimum 25% administration fee may be applied to cover non-refundable services and processing costs.
⚠ Important Notes:
- Some third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, or ticketed events) may have stricter cancellation terms. Their conditions will apply in addition to Turkey Travel Bazaar’s standard policy.
- Partial cancellations within a group booking may affect the total cost or availability of shared services (e.g., private vehicles or room rates).
- No Show: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point without prior notice is treated as a last-minute cancellation and is non-refundable.
7. Airfare & Airline Policies
Airline Ticket Conditions
- Airlines impose strict policies for ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds. If a ticket needs to be modified due to incorrect or incomplete passenger details (e.g., name, date of birth, passport number) provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all associated costs and penalties.
- Turkey Travel Bazaar will cover the cost of reissuing or modifying a ticket only in cases where the error was clearly caused by our staff during the booking process.
- If the customer fails to provide accurate or timely passenger information, Turkey Travel Bazaar cannot be held responsible for resulting issues such as denied boarding or ticket cancellation.
- All airline ticket services are subject to the terms and fare rules of the issuing airline. These rules vary by ticket class, fare type, and airline policy.
Schedule Changes & Cancellations
- Airlines reserve the right to change flight schedules, delay departures, or cancel flights due to operational, technical, or weather-related reasons. These changes are outside the control of Turkey Travel Bazaar.
- In the event of a schedule change or cancellation, we will make every effort to inform the customer in a timely manner and assist with rescheduling or alternative travel options based on airline availability.
- Turkey Travel Bazaar is not liable for any losses, missed connections, or additional expenses resulting from flight delays, cancellations, or airline-imposed changes.
- In cases of overbooking, denied boarding, or airline strikes, the airline is solely responsible for compensation or re-accommodation as per its own policies and relevant aviation regulations.
- We advise all customers to monitor their flight status directly with the airline prior to departure, especially in the 24 hours before scheduled takeoff.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information (email and phone number) to ensure they receive direct airline notifications. Turkey Travel Bazaar is not responsible for missed updates due to incorrect or missing contact details.
8. Amendments & Changes
- Amendments to a booking after the deposit has been paid may be subject to additional administrative fees, depending on the nature and timing of the changes.
- Extensive modifications—such as those affecting three or more travel days—may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and therefore subject to applicable cancellation terms.
- Customers will be informed of any additional charges or consequences resulting from requested changes before the amendments are confirmed.
9. Travel Documents
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they possess and carry all necessary and valid travel documents, including but not limited to:
- ✅ Valid Passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond the return date)
- ✅ Required Visas and Entry Permits for all countries included in the itinerary
- ✅ Health Documents (including vaccination certificates, COVID-19 requirements, or other health-related entry rules)
Turkey Travel Bazaar cannot be held liable for any issues arising from incomplete, expired, or missing travel documents. This includes but is not limited to denied boarding, refused entry at borders, missed flights, or trip cancellations.
We strongly recommend that all travelers check the most up-to-date entry requirements with the official embassy or consulate of their destination country. Customers are also advised to consider comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical, cancellation, and interruption scenarios.
10. Special Needs
- Customers with medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special accessibility needs must inform us at the time of booking. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that all facilities, vehicles, or accommodations will meet specific accessibility standards.
- If the customer travels with medical equipment or assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs, CPAP machines), it is their responsibility to notify us in advance and ensure all necessary arrangements, including airline approvals, are in place.
- Dietary restrictions or food allergies must be communicated to us at least 21 days prior to departure. We will inform relevant suppliers, but we cannot guarantee that meals will be completely free from specific allergens or meet every dietary preference.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to assess whether the planned tour is suitable for their health and physical condition. Turkey Travel Bazaar assumes no liability for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or mobility limitations.
11. Travel Insurance
Turkey Travel Bazaar strongly recommends that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for:
- ✅ Medical emergencies, illness, and evacuation
- ✅ Trip cancellations, interruptions, or delays
- ✅ Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage and personal belongings
- ✅ Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics
While we strive to provide support in the event of unexpected issues, Turkey Travel Bazaar is not liable for personal injuries, financial losses, cancellations, or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to flight delays, illness, accidents, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
Please note that travel insurance policies are contracted directly between the customer and the insurance provider. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy details and ensure that their coverage is adequate for their specific needs and travel plans.
12. Governing Law
All contracts entered into with Turkey Travel Bazaar are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey.
In the event of any disputes or claims arising from services provided, customers agree that such matters shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the completion of the tour or service. Claims made after this period may not be considered.
Turkey Travel Bazaar encourages customers to first contact our 24/7 support team in order to resolve any concerns amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.
13. Privacy & Data Protection

- Turkey Travel Bazaar does not store or retain your credit card details. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways.
- By making an inquiry or booking, customers agree to receive emails, quotations, newsletters, and promotional material related to travel services. Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
