3 Days Konya Tour from Istanbul
Day 1 – Flight from Istanbul to Konya & Hotel Transfer
Your 3-day cultural journey begins with a pickup from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer to the airport for your flight to Konya.
You will fly from Istanbul to Konya. You have the flexibility to choose a flight time that fits your schedule — morning, afternoon, or evening.
Once you arrive at Konya Airport, our team will welcome you and provide a smooth transfer to your hotel in the city center. The rest of the day is yours to rest, explore the surroundings, or enjoy a traditional Konya meal.

Day 2 – Full Day Guided Konya Tour
09:30 – Hotel Pick-up: After breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel to begin a full day exploring the spiritual heart of Anatolia.
Today’s tour features Konya’s most iconic historical and religious sites:
- Mevlana Museum: Discover the life and teachings of Rumi, the great Sufi mystic, in this former lodge that now serves as a spiritual museum.
- Selimiye Mosque: Located next to the Mevlana Museum, this 16th-century mosque reflects the elegance of Ottoman architecture.
- Alaaddin Mosque: Perched on Konya’s ancient hill, this Seljuk-era mosque is home to several sultans’ tombs and panoramic city views.
- Karatay Madrasa: Admire dazzling Seljuk tiles and stone carvings in this former Islamic school turned art museum.
- Shams-i Tabrizi Mosque and Tomb: Visit the resting place of Rumi’s spiritual mentor and understand the deep bond between these two mystics.
17:00 – End of Tour: After a full day of culture and history, return to your hotel for a relaxed evening.

Day 3 – Free Morning in Konya & Flight to Istanbul
Enjoy a peaceful breakfast and take the morning at your own pace. You may stroll around the city, shop for local souvenirs, or enjoy a quiet tea near Alaaddin Hill.
When it’s time, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Konya Airport for your flight back to Istanbul.

Three days in Konya allowed us to really understand the city and its significance in Islamic history. Visited Mevlana Museum multiple times and attended whirling dervish ceremony which was very moving experience. Flexible flights made planning easy and we had time to explore beyond just the main tourist sites. Guide arranged visits to local craftsmen and traditional workshops which added authentic dimension to the trip.
