4 Days Istanbul and Pamukkale Tour: Thermal Wonders and Imperial Treasures
Day 1 ─ Flight to Pamukkale ➝ Hotel Transfer in Pamukkale
Morning or Afternoon: After hotel check-out in Istanbul, our driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport.
Flight: Board your flight to Denizli Airport. (Flight time is flexible and scheduled according to best availability.)
Arrival: Upon landing at Denizli Airport, you will be welcomed by our team holding a name sign.
Transfer: You will be transferred comfortably to your hotel in Pamukkale.
Enjoy the rest of the day free at leisure.
Day 2 ─ Optional Pamukkale Hot Air Balloon ➝ Pamukkale Tour ➝ Flight to Istanbul
Early Morning: Optional Pamukkale Hot Air Balloon flight available. (Reservation can be made while booking your package by selecting this activity from the booking form.)
Breakfast at hotel.
09:30 am ─ After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Pamukkale.
Today’s Highlights: Natural Marvels and Ancient Cities
- Famous Pamukkale Travertines: Walk barefoot along glistening white terraces shaped by mineral-rich thermal waters.
- White Calcium Terraces: Witness the iconic cotton castle formations shimmering under the sun.
- Hierapolis Ancient City: Explore this UNESCO site with its ancient theatre, necropolis, agora, and historic Roman bathhouses.
- The Necropolis: See one of the largest burial grounds in ancient Anatolia with sarcophagi scattered across the plains.
- Bath and Basilica: Visit the remains of ancient communal baths and basilicas built during the Roman Empire.
- Frontinius Street & Gate: Walk the main avenue of Hierapolis flanked by grand columns and monuments.
- Cleopatra Antique Thermal Pool (Optional Entry): Swim amongst ancient marble columns believed to have been a favorite bathing spot of Cleopatra. (Optional and requires an additional ticket.)
16:00 ─ After the tour, you will be transferred to Denizli Airport for your return flight to Istanbul.
Evening: Arrival at Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Our staff will meet you at the airport exit and transfer you to your hotel in Istanbul.
Day 3 ─ Full-Day Istanbul Old City Tour
08:30 am ─ After breakfast, your driver and guide will meet you at your hotel in Istanbul.
Today’s Highlights: Istanbul’s Historic Treasures
- Hagia Sophia: Witness the grandeur of one of the most important religious structures in the world.
- Hippodrome: Walk around the ancient Roman chariot racing arena and admire its monuments.
- Blue Mosque: Marvel at the beauty of Istanbul’s most famous mosque with its blue tiles and six minarets.
- Grand Bazaar: Shop or browse through a maze of over 4,000 shops in the world’s largest covered market.
- Topkapi Palace: Step into the world of Ottoman sultans and explore imperial courtyards and sacred relics.
17:00 ─ At the end of the tour, transfer back to your hotel in Istanbul.
Day 4 ─ Transfer to Airport ➝ Fly Home
After breakfast and hotel check-out, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer you to Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) according to your flight schedule for your international departure.
- Hotel accommodations in Pamukkale and Istanbul are included.
- Flight schedules are flexible and arranged based on the best available times at booking.
- Domestic flight tickets include 15 kg checked baggage + 8 kg cabin baggage per traveler.
- Optional Pamukkale Hot Air Balloon rides are available and should be booked during reservation; subject to availability.
- All airport-hotel-airport transfers and hotel-tour-hotel transfers are organized for your convenience.
