12:30 – Hotel Pick-Up:
You will be collected from your hotel in Çanakkale or Eceabat. The exact pick-up time depends on your hotel location and will be shared upon confirmation.

12:50 – Arrival in Eceabat:
Meet with the rest of the group and your guide, and cross to the Gallipoli Peninsula.

13:00 – Tour Start:
Begin your afternoon journey through the historic battlefields and memorials of World War I’s Gallipoli Campaign.

Visiting Sights:

• Brighton Beach: A calm shoreline used by ANZAC troops for rest and swimming — often under the threat of sniper fire.
• Beach Cemetery: The final resting place of many soldiers, including the famous John Simpson Kirkpatrick.
• ANZAC Cove: The main landing site for Australian and New Zealand troops on April 25, 1915.
• Ari Burnu: A nearby battlefield where early landings and fierce fighting took place.
• Lone Pine Cemetery and Memorial: Commemorating Australian soldiers who fought and died in one of the bloodiest battles of the campaign.
• Johnston’s Jolly: See preserved Turkish and ANZAC trenches and gain insight into the brutal trench warfare conditions.
• Shrapnel Valley: A quiet valley that once echoed with explosions — now a peaceful place of remembrance.
• Turkish Memorial: Dedicated to the heroism of Turkish troops, including a monument to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
• The Nek: Scene of a dramatic and costly charge by Australian Light Horsemen.
• Chunuk Bair: The highest point captured by the Allies, now a site of the New Zealand Memorial.
