- Pasabag Open Air Museum: Discover the iconic “mushroom-shaped” fairy chimneys that have become a symbol of Cappadocia. This peaceful valley was once home to hermit monks who carved dwellings into the formations.

Business trip to Turkey so only had one day available. This tour packed in everything I wanted to see. The pottery demonstration was actually quite relaxing after stressful meetings all week.

My 8 year old son was obsessed with the underground tunnels. He kept asking how people dug them without modern tools. Guide was patient with all his questions and even let him hold an ancient pottery shard.

Leather shop felt like tourist trap but everything else was genuine. Uchisar viewpoint was worth the climb.

Celebrating my divorce with solo travel and this was exactly what I needed. Something about those ancient caves made me feel connected to women throughout history. Zelve ruins were hauntingly beautiful and I spent ages just sitting there reflecting.

Photography enthusiast here and the lighting in Imagination Valley was incredible. Got some shots that look like different planet. Red River area provided nice contrast with all the earth tones.
