Most travelers need a visa to enter Turkey. You can check your visa eligibility and apply for an e-visa online at https://evisa.gov.tr/en/info/. If you don’t qualify for an e-Visa, you may need to apply through a Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Turkey is a year-round destination, but the best time depends on your travel plans:
- Spring (April – June) and Autumn (September – November) are ideal for sightseeing, with mild weather.
- Summer (July – August) is great for beaches and coastal resorts but can be very hot.
- Winter (December – March) is perfect for skiing in places like Uludağ and Erciyes.
The official currency is the Turkish Lira (TRY). However, Euros (€) and US Dollars ($) are widely accepted in tourist areas. Most hotels, restaurants, and shops accept Visa and Mastercard (AMEX is not commonly accepted). We recommend carrying some cash for small purchases.
Yes, Turkey is safe for tourists. The major tourist cities like Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, and Pamukkale are very welcoming and secure. However, as with any destination, it’s always good to:

✔ Use official taxis or transportation services.
✔ Keep your valuables secure.
Booking is easy! Just follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to our website and select your preferred tour package.
2️⃣ Click “Book Now” and fill in your details.
3️⃣ Choose to pay a deposit or the full amount online.
4️⃣ Receive your confirmation via email.
No, you don’t have to! You can:
✔ Pay a deposit online to secure your booking.
✔ Pay the remaining balance in cash on the tour.
✔ If you prefer to pay the full amount online, we accept Visa & Mastercard (AMEX is not accepted).
Yes, we allow date changes, but it depends on availability. If you booked only a city tour, we can’t promise but we will do our best for you. For package tours, if we booked hotels, flights, etc.. we will apply a penalty fee.

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

For all bookings, if the tour date is not specified above, a 25% administration fee will be applied.
⚠ Important Notes:
- Some suppliers (such as airlines and hotels) may have stricter cancellation policies. Their terms will apply in addition to Turkey Travel Bazaar’s standard cancellation terms.
- Partial cancellations within a group booking may impact the cost or feasibility of shared services (e.g., private vehicle hire).

All our vehicles are regularly maintained to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
It depends on the tour package you choose. Most of our multi-day tours include domestic flights (e.g., Istanbul – Cappadocia). Please check the “What’s Included” section of each tour package.
No, international flights are not included. You must book your flights to Turkey separately.
Yes, most of our tours include breakfast at hotels and lunch during full-day tours. However, dinner is not always included. Please check the tour details for meal inclusions.
Yes, you can upgrade your hotel! We offer higher-class hotels for an additional fee. Let us know your preferences, and we will arrange it for you.
But please note that after booking the hotel, it won’t be possible to change it without penalty fee since most of hotels accept bookings with prepayment.
Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting for you with a sign that has your name or welcoming signboard (we will inform you about that with the tour voucher). Just look for it in the arrivals area!
Yes! We offer private and shared airport transfers from major airports in Turkey, including:
✔ Istanbul Airport (IST)
✔ Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)
✔ Cappadocia – Kayseri & Nevşehir Airports
✔ Izmir Airport
✔ Konya Airport
✔ All Airports in Turkey
If you are traveling between cities (by flight or bus), you must carry your passport.
✔ If you are on a local city tour, a passport copy is usually enough.
Yes! All our guides are licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism & Culture and speak fluent English. Some tours may also offer Spanish, French, German, or Russian-speaking guides upon request.
Yes! Turkish cuisine has many vegetarian and vegan options such as:
🥗 Mezes (Appetizers) – Hummus, eggplant dishes, lentil soup.
🥙 Vegetarian Dishes – Stuffed grape leaves, falafel, grilled vegetables.
🍚 Rice & Grain-based Meals – Bulgur pilaf, lentil köfte.
Please inform us at the time of booking about your dietary preferences.

✔ Most hotels and cafes offer free WiFi.
✔ Roaming charges may apply depending on your home country.
No! Our tour packages clearly list what is included and excluded. There are no hidden fees – everything is transparent. Please check the “Included/Excluded” section before booking.
